Liberty Development
Liberty Development Corporation is one of GTA's leading new condo community builders to date. In the past few years, they have also created single-family houses, townhouse communities, and many well-known commercial development projects. Their master plan and mixed-use development have won multiple industry awards. The three executives of the group, Founder and President Feedoon (Fred) Darvish, CEO Latif Fazel, and Senior Vice President Brendan Murphy, have more than 30 years of hands-on experience in the development construction industry. Its master plan and mixed-use development projects have won multiple industry awards.
However, it should be noted that in April 2018, Liberty announced the cancellation of its Cosmos Condo project. The reason for the cancellation was financial difficulties.
